Information collected

LiSM (operated by Shiva Watanabe, a sole proprietor) collects the following through the contact form: your name, company or organisation, email address, phone number, type of enquiry, preferred timing, budget, and your message.

Only four of these are required: name, email address, type of enquiry, and message. The rest are optional and can be left blank.

How it is used

Information is used solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare estimates, and communicate about the work.

It is never used for any other purpose without your consent, and it is never used for marketing email.

Disclosure to third parties

Information is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

Hosting, form submission, email delivery, and spam protection rely on external services, and information passes through them for that purpose: Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting and spam protection, and Resend, Inc. for email delivery.

Retention

Enquiry records may be retained after the matter is closed as a business record.

If you would like your information deleted, contact the address below and it will be handled promptly.

Analytics

This site does not currently use analytics. If it is introduced later, it will be limited to information that does not identify individuals, and this policy will be updated first.
